Using Sidebox

Sidebox provides a private workspace for organizing projects, links, brand information, assets, activity, and read-only summaries from connected services. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for having permission to connect each service.

Subscriptions and access

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD at the prices shown on Pricing. An annual plan is charged for the full year at the start of each billing year. Taxes may apply where required. There is no payment grace period: when a subscription ends, is revoked, or no longer has an eligible active or trialing status, paid workspace access is restricted. Existing data remains available for read-only access and privacy actions under the product's access rules.

Plan allowances and downgrade behavior are described on Pricing and in the workspace. Polar acts as merchant of record for subscription purchases and handles checkout and payments under its buyer terms.

Free trial

Eligible new accounts can try either plan free for 14 days. A payment card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual price. The trial is available once per account.

Cancellation and refunds

You may manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. A cancellation that the payment provider reports as scheduled preserves access only while the subscription remains active. A canceled or revoked subscription ends access immediately, even if provider metadata contains a later period-end date.

Refunds are not offered except where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Connected providers and service availability

Provider information is read-only, may be delayed or unavailable, and is shown with its source and freshness where supported. Sidebox does not control connected providers and does not guarantee their availability or the completeness of their data.

Applicable law

These terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in them limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights, including those that apply in the European Union.
